CIZE Live is a cardio-based, urban street jazz group fitness class. It is a dance class for everyone! It is perfect for those with prior dance experience, as well as for those who have ever wanted to learn to dance. Modifications of each exercise are shown so each class participant can follow along at a pace that is comfortable for him or her. It is a professionally choreographed, 50-minute class, with shorter options available.

This music-driven class is broken into five sections.

  • Warm-Up
  • Breakdown (choreography learned in increments)
  • CIZE It Up” (class participants are given the opportunity to enthusiastically dance the choreography through several times)
  • Cool-down
  • “Core-eography” (abdominal exercises)
